ABA Services

 Method of Payment

We are a private practice, operate on a fee-for-service basis, and DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE.  

Payment  is expected at the time of service. Your credit card will be kept on file after your initial consultation, and will be automatically charged at each of your appointments. We will provide an invoice form each month to keep for your records or provide to your Empowerment scholarship fund.

Cancellation Policy

We value our clients time and commitment to treatment. If it is necessary for you to cancel an appointment, a notice of 48 business hours (2 business days) is required prior to your scheduled appointment day and time. If notification is received less than 48 hours in advance the full fee for services will be charged to your credit card on file. If your child is sick, we will work with you to reschedule and avoid a cancelation fee.

ADOS-2 Evaluations

Method of Payment

A deposit is accepted in order to hold your child’s evaluation appointment. The final payment is due at the time of the evaluation.

If needed, our office will work with you to make payments prior to the assessment date.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 7 day advance notice to cancel or reschedule your evaluation appointment. If your child is sick the day of their appointment, please contact our office and we will work with you to reschedule. If you “no show” to your child’s appointment or are unable to reschedule the existing appointment, then the deposit will not be refunded.
